INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The first step:

To install the flooring, must harden the fundamental ground floor first, then fix the keel with expansible screws on the hardened ground, spacing between 2 keel, recommended L≤ 350mm, could be adjusted according to the situation.

Notes:
1, WPC products could be slightly in-tumescent after heating and water absorption, so must retain 3-5mm a small gap between main building when placing the keel.
2, WPC products are hard and brittle, expansible screws must be bolted 70mm from the head to the end. (must hit with a twist drill a hole before bolting the screw).
3, The spacing between 2 expansible screws should be 400-500mm.
4, First piece floor installation, use the plastic clip (clip should be flush with the keel)
5, Drainage must be installed after keel fixed, in order to avoid floor damaging by the water.

The second step:

Insert the first board into the side plastic clip, insert the plastic clip into the groove after installing the first board, use a rubber hammer to tap the floor, to ensure the gaps are well balanced and artistic, and then fix the plastic clip, followed by installing all the boards.

The third step:

When the last piece edge cannot be fixed with plastic clip between keel and floor connection, can use self tapping screw to bolt groove between the keel and the floor (pre-drilled hole with 45 ° angle, and then fix with a visible screw.Of course you may fix with a verge board(fixing with visible screw).

Notes:
1, Joint between each board must be kept within 2‰. (example: single board length 2200mm*2 ‰ =4.4mm), and the following must be fixed with double keel and double plastic/steel clip
2, The head and foot of board shall not exceed the both sides keel 3cm when installing(≤3cm).
