WARRANTY INFORMATION

Senyu WPC wood-plastic material limited guaranteed products are moth proof, corrosion resistant, anti-cracking, none splitting, none distortion and other quality issues, WPC color fading in the first three months are normal, late on, the color will remain constantly, from the date of purchasing we guarantee the color for a period of 5 years.

If our products quality turned badly and occurring within the prescribed period, the company will discuss with the client to resolve the issues and undertake the responsibility, must replace the poor quality products with free of charge if applicable. This guarantee applies to customers who has product quality issue caused by normal usage only, the following content is not included in the scope of the guarantee:

1.Product damage caused by transportation
2.Performance of products on the basis of thermal expansion and contraction, due to user wrongly installation, vandalism, misuse and improper maintenance caused by discoloration, stain, deformation and other quality problems
3.Product quality problems caused by improper operation
4.Subtle chromatism caused by long-term usage, discoloration, deformation, small cracks, but does not affect the normal usag
5.Other quality issues caused by not complying with the WPC performance.
